Rates 2026 of the cottage
Prices are per night for the entire house and the services included, for a maximum of 6 or 10 people depending on the accommodation number of people. The offer for 6 guests is not every week available. A 2 up to 5 nights minimum stay is required depending on season (please contact us). In very high season, rentals are weekly.

Pricing information
- Rental for New Year’s Eve December 31: only possible for 6 PAX
- *VAT not applicable, according to Article 293 B of the General Tax Code
- ** For long weekends, french holidays and holiday weekends (Easter, Ascension, Pentecost, November 1 & 11,…), reservations are from 3 to 5 nights minimum.
- Tourist tax: €2/night/adult (returned to the community of communes Terre d’Auge de Pont-l’Evêque)
- Mandatory cleaning and laundry package: 300€ or 200€ depending on the choosen configuration
- Early check-in (from 10:00am): 25% and 35% of the night rate depending on the season and the schedule.
Check-in/Check-out
of our cottage La Moutinière
- Reservations can start any day of the week.
- Check-in: from 4:30pm until 10:30pm.
- Early check-in: from 10:00am. With supplement and upon availability
- Check-out: in principle, noon at the latest.
- For late check out if possible to accommodate: For weekend rentals, check-out can be Sundays until 4:00pm. For stays of 3-4 days, if no rental is planned the day after departure, check-out can be at 2:00pm.
- Home inspection is done in two steps: first while check-out in a declarative form. Then we email you after the end of stay cleaning to confirm everything is ok (48 hours after departure)
