When to come and stay at La Moutinière?
La Moutinière, our 4-star family home, welcomes you all year round to recharge your batteries for a weekend,
or to enjoy the region during a short or long holiday or work-related stay.
Benefits and services
The house has a capacity of 6 or 10 people maximum depending on the desired accommodation:
- 6 people (depending on the dates): 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- • 10 people: 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
The layout of the house is as follows:
- large living room with fireplace,
- 5 bedrooms,
- 3 bathrooms with walk-in shower or bathtub,
- large well-equipped kitchen and dining room with all modern appliances and indoor grill
- games room with French billiards, darts and a fireplace
- equipped scullery/laundry room.
The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms:
- 3 bedrooms with Queen size double beds,
- 1 bedroom with adjustable double bed (Queen size bed or 2 single beds),
- 1 bedroom with double bed
In the 6-person offer (available on certain dates): the cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 adults (1 Queen size double bed, 1 adjustable double bed or 2 single beds, 1 double bed) to which 1 baby bed can be added.
In the offer for 10 people: 5 bedrooms and 10 adult beds, 1 small sleigh bed for children up to 8 years old, 1 cradle. We have 2 baby beds and a complete baby kit on request (form to be completed). In this configuration, the maximum number is 10 people (adults and children over 2 years old), plus babies.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The bedrooms and bathrooms are all upstairs, accessible via a staircase. There is no sleeping accommodation on the ground floor.

For stays of 2 weeks or more, bed sheets are changed at mid-stay (included in the rate).

A digital welcome booklet including all the information on the operation of our family home as well as those for the smooth running of your stay in the cottage will be sent to you. You will find on site documentation and suggestions of places to see and visit.
We are reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
